Description

Thermische Überlastrelais TA200DU bieten zuverlässigen Schutz der angeschlossenen Motoren für Ströme bis zu 200 A, gemäß IEC/EN 60947-1, IEC/EN 60947-4-1 bzw. IEC/EN 60947-5-1. TA200DU werden direkt an Schütze AF190-AF205 angebaut, können aber auch separat auf einer Montageplatte montiert werden. Thermische Überlastrelais sind dreipolig und lösen über Bimetall-Elemente aus. Der Motorenstrom fließt durch die Bimetall-Elemente und erwärmt sie sowohl direkt als auch indirekt. Entsteht eine Überlast (Über¬strom), verformen sich aufgrund der Wärmeentwicklung die Bimetall-Elemente. Dadurch löst das Relais aus und die Schaltstellungen der Kontakte verändern sich (95-96/97-98) Ein vorgeschaltetes Schütz kann dadurch abgeschaltet werden. Die Relais erlauben manuelles oder automatisches Rücksetzen, sie verfügen über Test- und Stopp-Funktion sowie eine ausgelöst-Anzeige. Ein ergänzbarer Rücksetz-Taster erlaubt die Betätigung ohne Öffnen des Schaltschrankes. TA200DU besitzen die Auslöseklasse 10A, sind temperaturkompensiert, phasenausfallempfindlich und besitzen eine ATEX-Zulassung.
