Description

Die Kurzschlussstrombegrenzer der S800 Baureihe erhöht das Kurzschlussausschaltvermögen der nachgeordneten Schaltgeräte. Zu unterscheiden ist zwischen den SCL und den SCL-SR Geräten. Letztere sind selbstrückstellende Geräte. Der Vorteil dieser selbstrückstellenden Kurzschlussstrombegrenzer S800-SCL-SR ist der, dass ein kontinuierlicher Stromfluss zu allen nachgelagerten Schaltgeräten gewährleistet ist, was den Gruppenschutz vereinfacht. Bislang wurde mit den S800SCL Geräten pro Abgang ein separater Kurzschlussstrombegrenzer eingesetzt, um bei einem Fehlerfall gewährleisten zu können, dass bis auf den fehlerhaften Zweig alle anderen weiterhin arbeiten. Das ist nun nicht mehr nötig – jetzt können Sie mit nur einem S800-SCL-SR eine ganze Gruppe von Motorschutzschaltern / Hochleistungsautomaten schützen. Nur für zugelassene Kombinationen nutzbar.
