Change of Dongle for Aspect software product e.g. Parallel to USB, large Parallel to small Parallel or faulty dongle (outside of warranty) replacement. The following steps apply. Step 1 - Customer obtains RMA number. Step 2 - Customer orders replacement dongle (RMA and order form received by Cylon). Step 3 - The replacement dongle is shipped and invoiced at normal price. Step 4 - Customer returns the original dongle within 60 days and a credit is given for the amount invoiced (in step 3) minus the dongle exchange fee. Note: Only applies where there is a USB Dongle available for the same software product. Maximum limit of 5 years on any dongles to be exchanged. ASP-D-EX
