This allows the selected SRD to be upgraded and easily transformed into a SRT, adopting same features and characteristics. The licence activates built-in loudspeaker and microphone for two-way intercom communication in hands-free mode (full duplex) and announcements reception via bus technology, enabling as well the upgraded SRD(s) to support bed-wise speech communication in combination with an optional bed unit and patient handset. Additional soft buttons for Doctor Call and Presence 2 are also activated by this license. The extended functions are assigned to the SRD(s) during the configuration of the care communication system. Use in conjunction with the System Release version V12.14 or higher and as of firmware 12.14 of the central control units. The license is activated/managed by the system workstation/server.
