DC PV-Junction Box is a series of DC photovoltaic generator junction boxes to protect the converter according to IEC / EN against lightning and surge voltages. The boxes are pre-installed and are used in parallel to the converters, mainly for 1000Vdc roof installations. The boxes are available in different configurations, e.g. with type 1 + 2 or type 2 arresters, cable glands or MC4 plugs and for a different number of MPPTs and strings.
