This redundant CRA module is part of the Modicon X80 range, an offer of common input/output for Modicon M340 and Modicon M580. The input data are collected and published to the remote I/O head adaptor and output modules are updated with the data received from remote I/O head adaptor. The Modicon X80 automation platform complies with "TC" treatment requirements (treatment for all climates) and can operate in temperatures ranging from 0°C to +60°C/32°F to 140°F. Modicon X80 provides a single environment for the deployment of I/O modules in automation architectures by reducing spare parts inventory, maintenance and training costs.
