OPC UA Pub/Sub is the solution for high-efficiency, high-performance, manufacturer-independent, standardized controller-to-controller (C2C) communication. Other applications include communication between ctrlX OS-based controllers and MES or data acquisition systems. The OPC UA Pub/Sub app publishes data from the ctrlX OS real-time data layer and writes subscribed data to the real-time data layer. Communication is possible between ctrlX OS-based devices, as well as between ctrlX OS-based controllers and control devices from other manufacturers that support the OPC UA Pub/Sub standard.
