High-current terminal block, 285 Series, light gray This through terminal block (item number 285-1189) is designed to connect conductors quickly and easily. Conductors can only be connected to this through terminal block if their strip length is between 45 and 47 mm . This product incorporates conductor terminals and utilizes POWER CAGE CLAMP. The POWER CAGE CLAMP is a reliable, maintenance-free, and universal way to connect large conductor cross-sections. You can also use it with all conductor types. The clamping point can be locked open and you do not need to use a torque wrench or prepare the conductor in any way, e.g., by crimping the ferrule. Depending on the type of conductor, this through terminal block is designed for conductor cross sections ranging from 50 mm² to 185 mm².
