Short description: In addition to MODBUS/TCP, the ETHERNET/IP protocol has proven itself as an industrial communication standard over ETHERNET. This fieldbus coupler connects WAGO's 767 Series System to ETHERNET. When initializing, the coupler determines the station's module structure and creates a process image of all inputs and outputs. It supports both MODBUS/TCP and ETHERNET/IP application protocols for process data, as well as HTTP, BootP, DHCP, DNS, SNTP, FTP and SNMP protocol services (upon request) for system management and diagnostics.
